🎯 This is a role built on trust, organisation and sound judgement. The environment is dynamic, expectations are high, and the successful candidate will be given genuine ownership and autonomy.

🧠 You will work closely with a commercially focused CEO who operates at pace across multiple priorities. Your role will be to ensure everything around them runs smoothly, efficiently and to a consistently high standard – across both business and personal commitments.

⏱️ This position suits someone who is proactive and forward-thinking – comfortable making decisions, managing competing demands and keeping things moving without constant direction.

📬 You won’t always be waiting for instructions. You’ll be trusted to think ahead, use your judgement and take ownership across a broad and varied scope of responsibilities.

This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role where you will support the CEO across both professional and personal priorities, ensuring everything is seamlessly organised and executed.

🤓 Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Acting as a trusted support across both business and personal priorities
  • Managing a busy and ever-changing diary, balancing professional and personal commitments effectively
  • Coordinating UK and international travel (business and personal) with precision
  • Anticipating needs and proactively resolving issues before they arise
  • Managing communications and ensuring key actions are followed through
  • Coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting with projects, logistics and general business coordination
  • Managing personal/lifestyle arrangements including bookings, scheduling and events
  • Maintaining a highly organised and efficient working environment
  • Handling confidential matters with discretion and sound judgement

😍 Ideal attributes of the successful candidate:

  • Proven experience supporting a senior leader in a fast-paced, high-trust environment
  • Comfortable operating across both executive and personal support responsibilities
  • Exceptionally organised with strong judgement and attention to detail
  • Confident making decisions and working independently
  • Calm, composed and resilient under pressure
  • Naturally polished and professional in communication and presentation
  • Discreet, reliable and emotionally intelligent
  • Proactive, solution-oriented and able to anticipate needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-confident, with the ability to manage multiple tools and systems
  • This company uses a MacBook

🔥 If you’re ready to step into a role of trust, ownership and impact – and you take pride in making things run flawlessly across both business and personal priorities – apply now and let’s start the conversation.
