Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular market research to identify and analyze local trends across entertainment content, including short-form videos, movies, TV series, music, and novels, and provide insights to support content strategy and planning.
- Build, manage, and grow the app's online user community by overseeing daily community operations, responding to user inquiries, recommending relevant content, facilitating discussions, and fostering an engaging and positive user experience.
- Plan, create, and publish in-app push notifications to effectively promote relevant content and increase user engagement.
- Collect, monitor, and analyze user feedback from both online and offline channels, and provide actionable recommendations to improve product features and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support other operational initiatives as required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years experience in online community management, digital content operations, or related fields is preferred
- Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is an advantage.
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passionate about entertainment content, including movies, TV series, music, novels, and other digital media.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to understand user needs and build positive relationships with the community.
- Familiar with social media platforms and community management.
- Experience in online community management, digital content operations, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
