Precious Care ABA is a dedicated provider of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized ABA Practice Scheduler to join our growing team.
Position Overview:
The ABA Practice Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing therapy schedules, ensuring that clients receive consistent services while efficiently managing therapist availability. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate with therapists, clients, and administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate therapy schedules for ABA therapists and clients.
Ensure optimal therapist-client matching based on availability, location, and client needs.
Communicate scheduling updates, changes, and confirmations with therapists and families.
Monitor cancellations and reschedule appointments as needed to minimize service disruptions.
Maintain accurate records of appointments, therapist availability, and client preferences.
Collaborate with the administrative team to address scheduling conflicts and ensure smooth operations.
Utilize scheduling software and systems (such as Outlook, Google Calendar, or scheduling platforms) to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
Provide exceptional customer service when addressing inquiries from parents, therapists, and staff.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Previous experience in scheduling, healthcare administration, or a similar role preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Calendar, and scheduling platforms.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and adapt to last-minute changes.
Experience in the ABA or healthcare field is a plus.
