Key Responsibilities

  • General Accounting Tasks: Assist in daily accounts recording, ensuring accurate and timely data entries to the accounting system.
  • Payment Processing: Handle monthly payment processes and ensure timely and accurate disbursements.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of office inventories and assist in orders preparation to maintain sufficient stock levels.
  • Administration Support: Provide administrative support to various departments, including document preparation, filing, and organizing office-related tasks.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Be willing to perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned on an ad-hoc basis as required by the Finance Manager.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships when interacting with suppliers and customers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Finance Manager Support: Assist the Finance Manager as needed and be responsive to any ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or diploma in Accounting
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a related role
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel & Accounting Software
  • Efficient and effective.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Candidates must have a pleasant, positive thinking, easy-going personality, be willing to learn, be able to work independently and in a team, and be responsible and diligent in their work will be preferable.
