About the client:
Our client is an asset management and advisory group headquartered in Singapore; they are seeking a meticulous and energetic individual for the position of Accounts Executive to support their Finance division.
Job description:
The role will be responsible for the accounting and bookkeeping duties for the Group Companies and our fund portfolio.
- Accounts
- Billing
- Monthly accounts in accounting system Xero software
- Monthly data entry – Fund accounts
- Quarterly/annual data entry for regulatory reporting and board meetings
- Communication with banks on account maintenance matters
- Maintenance of online accounts and invoice filing
- Cash book updates
- Annual renewal forms—insurance, internet, storage, etc.
Requirements:
- Possess Bachelor's Degree/working experience in Accountancy
- Independent, proactive and pays attention to details
- Good written English and grammar
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in Xero software would be a plus
*The role will be home based. You may work from anywhere in Malaysia, during Singapore working hours Mondays to Fridays.
