Responsibilities

  • Manage bookkeeping and financial records
  • Track revenue, expenses, and profitability
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports
  • Reconcile accounts and transactions
  • Assist with invoicing and payment tracking
  • Maintain spreadsheets and business dashboards
  • Support with general administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar software
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good English communication skills
  • Organized and dependable
