Support accounting team
Simple entries to accounting system
Update excel worksheets
Filing documents

Duties
:
Assist preparing documents such as request forms and approval forms including “Ringi”
Manage agents’ licenses, MLS (Multiple Listing Services) and association fee schedule, and prepare necessary documents.
Manage company car registration, maintenance schedule, etc.
Coordinate interview schedule for new hires with Managers and HR
Office maintenance coordination with hotel maintenance team and vendors
Manage office asset schedule (PCs)
Coordinate IT repairs of the office with IT department
Qualifications
Business level in English and Japanese (reading, writing and speaking)
Good at numbers
Decent skill in Excel
Team-oriented person
Multitask skill
Accounting experience (not a must)
