Your Role
As An AU Accountant, You Are Responsible For
Processing of Accounts Payable invoices
Weekly processing of Accounts Payable pay run
Issuing client invoices on request
Collection of overdue accounts
Debtor’s Report
Weekly Payroll
Labour Discrepancy Reporting
General Administrative Tasks
Any other duties required from time to time
Qualifications and Experience:
3-5 years of accounts experience
Extensive Xero Experience
Australian Payroll Experience using Xero
Experience in TimeCloud is a nice-to-have
Experience in purchase order matching
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Honest, smart, and hardworking — with a good sense of humour to match
Adaptable and open-minded, ready to fit in and grow with the company’s culture
A true team player, but also confident working independently
