Position: Accounts Cum Admin – SME Company
Office Location :
Nearest ANG MO KIO / YIO CHU KANG MRT – A few Bus Stops Distance.
Working Time :  Mon to Thurs    –  8:15 am  to 5:15 pm
Fri                    –  8:15 am  to 5:00 pm
Lunch Time :
11.45 am to 12.30 pm
Monthly Salary + CPF + AWS + Staff Benefits
Assist the A/Cs & Admin Manager On Tasks;
1. Prepare Trade / Shipment Invoices Daily , Email to Customer for Payment Including the Overdue , Scan Invoices for Billing / and Mail the Copy to Customers by Post.
2. Update Daily Journal Entries & Postings / GST Data / Knowledge of Simple Accounting.
3. Prepare 4 Reports for Management ;
Sales Closing By Country , Purchasing Report , Stock Adjustment Report , Excel Debtors Outstanding Balance Report.
4. Assist Fixed Assets Physical Check & Stock Take Activity Monthly.
