What will you do as an Accounts Assistant?
* Processing a high volume of supplier invoices
* Reconciling supplier statements, resolving discrepancies
* Bank reconciliations, processing payments & purchase orders
* Raising sales invoices and generating credit notes
* Processing employee expenses, maintaining accurate petty cash records
* Liaising with retail outlets to ensure accurate financials
* Supporting the Finance Team
What do you need as an Accounts Assistant?
* Relevant accounts experience account reconciliations and double-entry postings
* High
attention to detail
with the ability to input data quickly and accurately
* Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritise workload effectively
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AAT qualified
* Clear and effective communicator, both orally and in writing
