Overall: Administrative support for the Government personnel at the RCMD Logistics Office. The daily support shall include, but not be limited to, preparing correspondence, copying, processing reports, filing of information and data, initiating and receiving telephone calls, handling message traffic, coordinating schedules, document control, travel planning and coordination, database administration, meeting support, timekeeping, and the coordination of personnel actions and records. This support also includes coordination of the monthly logistics working-level integrated product team (WIPT) meeting, preparing meeting minutes and an action-tracking log. WIPT meeting minutes and correspondence shall be submitted electronically to the RCMD Logistics Office team members and other meeting attendees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Handle all administrative functions for clerical work, calendar appointments, Defense Travel System entry, providing logistical support and managing logistical sustainment program operations.
– Must have experience in word-processing, graphics, desktop publishing, editing and coordination.
– Coordinates conference rooms
– External and internal suspense actions.
– Assist in coordinating/consolidating/preparing key briefing packages and reports
– Support briefing and graphics packages.
– Tracks tasks and action items.
Required Skills:
– Minimum of At least 3 years of experience in Clerical experience and administrative duties.
Desired Skills:
– Customer-service and goal oriented
– Excellent oral and written communication skills
– Knowledge of government environment and policies.
– Demonstrated ability to work with Microsoft Office programs and share point management.
– Demonstrated ability to research and analyze data.
– Ability to work independently and as a team member under tight deadlines with changing priorities.
Required Education / Certification:
– Associates degree preferred, however five (5) years’ experience may be substituted.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
