Admin and Accounts Assistant for Client Servicing Accounting Firm

Job Summary

To assist in day-to-day admin duties using Microsoft Word/Excel that require some basic accounting knowledge. Assist to prepare payments in online banking platforms. Payroll administration skills are a plus but not necessary. Monthly payroll preparation using Excel and payroll system. Assist to do simple accounting in Cloud accounting system or in Excel.

Job Responsibilities

Update accounting entries using Cloud Accounting.

Admin data entry for GST, payroll or accounting preparation.

Prepare expense reporting in Excel.

Prepare payments in banking platform.

Other job-related and ad hoc duties as assigned.
