Our platform hosts live online workshops, coaching sessions, and training programs, making seamless backend coordination essential. We are looking for an Operations & Client Engagement Executive to manage client interactions, ensure high attendance rates, and streamline operational processes for our live sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Client Engagement & Follow-Ups:

  • Ensure clients attend scheduled Zoom sessions by sending reminders and follow-ups.
  • Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, emails, and calls to confirm attendance.
  • Address queries and assist clients in accessing scheduled sessions.

✅ Live Session Coordination & Support:

  • Set up Zoom links, manage breakout rooms, and monitor live sessions.
  • Ensure smooth execution of online workshops and training sessions.
  • Track attendance, maintain client engagement reports, and update internal databases.

✅ Backend Operations & Documentation:

  • Maintain an attendance and engagement tracking system.
  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and coordination.
  • Work with different teams to enhance the efficiency of client interactions.

✅ Process Improvement & Communication:

  • Identify and implement strategies to improve client engagement and attendance.
  • Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for seamless workflow execution.
  • Provide feedback on client concerns and recommend process improvements.

Requirements:

✔ 1-2 years of experience in operations, customer support, or coordination roles.

✔ Good verbal & written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).

✔ Ability to handle multiple clients and follow up for attendance effectively.

✔ Experience working with Zoom, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is a plus.

✔ Must be located near Bangur Nagar, Goregaon West, Mumbai or willing to commute.

✔ Own laptop is mandatory.

✔ Work from Office (WFO) role – No remote work option.
