Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our
dynamic
real estate agency in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support daily operations, ensuring seamless administrative processes and excellent organizational management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain office files, records, and documentation in an organized manner. Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally and efficiently. Assist in preparing contracts, agreements, and real estate documentation. Coordinate with clients, agents, and other stakeholders for scheduling appointments and follow-ups. Maintain databases and ensure all client information is
up-to-date
. Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and managing office supplies.
Assist in maintaining property listings and updating CRM systems. Â Requirements:
Preferred Filipino nationals
Experience:
6 months to 3 years in a real estate agency. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and
multitasking
skills. Excellent
communication skills
