Key Responsibilities

Project & Task Management

Track and follow up on key initiatives or tasks delegated by the EA, ensuring timely completion.

Administrative Support

Assist In managing travel bookings, logistical arrangements and document preparations.

Assist in preparing, formatting, and editing documents and presentations for meetings

Maintain digital and physical filing systems

Meeting & Event Coordination

Schedule and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and minute

Support in coordinating internal and external meetings, conferences, and corporate events

Research & Data Collection

Assist in gathering data for presentations, reports, and decision-making processes

Compile relevant information from internal and external sources

Team Collaboration & Support

Work closely with other team members to support overall office efficiency

Assist in onboarding new team members or help with internal training

Document Review & Screening

Screen and review documents, reports, and presentations for accuracy, completeness, and formatting before approval

Discretion & Professionalism

– Handle all sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity

Job Requirements

A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.

Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software Creativity

High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in document preparation and review.

Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Positive attitude, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
