Reception, Switchboard, Operation, Stationery Management, and Deliver & Distribute Mail and Package, HR Employee Data entry, Maintain Attendance record, Support HR activities

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for office reception and switchboard operation
  • Responsible for mail and package delivery and distribution
  • Office stationery purchasing, distribution and management.
  • Arrange literary and buy air flight tickets for all staff’s business trip.
  • Prepare security card for all staffs.
  • Support G&A and employee welfare activities.
  • HRIS Attendance System Management
  • Group Insurance dealing .
  • Health Check dealing .
  • Support HR and the Company activities

Qualifications

  • Must have a positive, self-assured, outgoing manner.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Jr. College student or graduate.
  • English oral communication skills
  • Computer skill especially for MS Office (Window Word, Excel ad Power Point)
