Role and Responsibilities 

Format, proofread, and cross-verify legal documents, agreements, and reports.

Print, organize and maintain legal documents (both physical and digital records).

Coordinate and schedule meetings and follow up with clients for documentation, signatures, and pending actions.

Support contract tracking and track expiry dates. Alert the senior member and concerned stakeholders at least one month before the expiry date.

Ensure adherence to document retention and confidentiality policies.

Basic Law Knowledge is an added advantage.

Qualifications

Fresher with any degree able to demonstrate: 

Strong written & verbal communication skills.

Time management skills: Working independently and prioritise tasks.

High attention to detail especially in document handling and proofreading. 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
