Title: Nursing Program Administrative Assistant
Contract: Term Contract ending Sep 18, 2028
Hours: 09.00 am to 05.00 pm
Location: Lax Kw’alaams Nursing Station, Port Simpson, BC
About the role
Reporting to Regional Operations manager, as a Nursing Program Administrative Assistant, you will provide a variety of administrative support services including but not limited to reception and general information services to First Nations Clients, partners, and communities.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
Completed grade 12
1 year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Basic knowledge of First Nations traditions and etiquette
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Experience working with Ms word, excel, outlook
Maintenance and filing skills
