Role Description The Admin Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Kenya, supporting the daily administrative operations of Aisela Logistics. This team member will manage office documentation, maintain records, handle invoicing and basic finance-related tasks, and coordinate internal communication flows. The role involves assisting with customer inquiries, preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and ensuring that administrative processes are efficient and compliant with company policies. The Admin Associate will collaborate closely with logistics and fabrication teams to support smooth operations, while providing professional customer service to partners and clients.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of administrative processes, including record-keeping, document management, and office procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with invoicing and basic finance tasks, such as billing, payment tracking, and reconciliations.
- Proven customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and maintaining positive relationships.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and comfort with basic data entry and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Certificate or diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or a similar operational environment is an advantage.
