Key Responsibilities
1. Record and track daily revenue and expenses.
2. Maintain and update financial spreadsheets and records.
3. Issue receipts and invoices.
4. Prepare basic financial and operational reports.
5. Take minutes during meetings and organize meeting records.
6. Handle general administrative tasks and office support duties.
7. Assist with filing, documentation, and day-to-day office coordination.

* Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
