Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement requests.
Handle documentation, filing systems, and maintain up-to-date records.
Support HR-related tasks such as leave tracking, onboarding documentation, and employee record management.
Liaise with government authorities and external vendors for visa processing, license renewals, and related administrative work.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the office.
Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and office cleanliness.
Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within the real estate or property sector.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa procedures is a plus.
