Job Description
Monthly Staffs Schedule assignment to all patients. Responsible for the distribution of INSTA Accounts for each team. (Operational ROTA/DAMAN ROTA)
Monitor Staff attendance every month with the required hours (Daily Time Record/OMT)
Prepare monthly report for in/out staff.
Prepare transportation distribution schedule.
Handle leave reservations for all medical staff and operation team.
Arrange hospital appointments for our patient in case asked for.
Booking ambulance for patients during appointments/transfers after discharge from the hospital.
Prepare monthly reports for bedside supplies.
Handle cash patient records in cooperation with Patient Relation Officer
Handle platform as but not limited to Dardoc, etc.
Handle other projects such as D-Mine Pump Ever Pharma.
Assist the Operation Team with required Documents and Meetings.
Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
Collect and compile statistical quality data.
Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
Distribute meeting agenda.
Attend and prepare minutes of meeting.
Support Quality team in Audit preparation.
Qualifications
Bachelor or equivalent qualification
Medical Background qualification.
Additional Information
At least 3 years’ experience in the administrative support field & Homecare Experience scheduling the ROTA
