Administration & Operations

  • Manage daily administrative activities of the residential colony, hostel, and guest house
  • Maintain resident records, occupancy details, guest registrations, and movement logs
  • Handle allotment, check-in, check-out, and room transfers as per policy
  • Coordinate with security, housekeeping, maintenance, and other support staff

Resident & Guest Coordination

  • Act as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors
  • Address complaints, service requests, and grievances in a timely manner
  • Ensure adherence to house rules, safety norms, and discipline guidelines

Accounts & Documentation

  • Maintain records related to rent, maintenance charges, electricity/water consumption, and other recoveries
  • Assist in billing, collection follow-up, and basic accounting documentation
  • Prepare monthly reports on occupancy, expenses, and vendor payments

Vendor & Service Management

  • Coordinate with external vendors for housekeeping, repairs, pest control, laundry, and other services
  • Track service schedules, contracts, and quality of work
  • Ensure timely raising and verification of service bills

General Responsibilities

  • Maintain proper filing and documentation (physical and digital)
  • Support new initiatives to improve resident satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by management

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in administration of:

oResidential colony, or

oBachelor hostel, or

oGuest house / dormitory / staff accommodation

oHospitality

  • Experience in handling residents, vendors, and basic accounts is essential
