The Admin Executive plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and administrative coordination across Celeste. This position supports branch operations, facilities, vendor management, and general administration, helping the business run efficiently as it continues to grow.

What you'll do

  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of company properties and facilities
  • Identify and coordinate with new locations, vendors, and suppliers
  • Handle service and lease agreements
  • Coordinate administrative work for new branch openings and location expansions
  • Support management with documentation, purchasing, and day-to-day admin tasks
  • Manage security and cleaning services, ensuring all facilities are well maintained and in proper order
  • Purchase tea, pantry items, stationery, and other essential operational supplies for all locations
  • Assist with operational coordination across departments

What we're looking for

  • Experience in operations, administration, or office management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general office systems
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
