Job Descriptions
● Coordinate overall office organization, documentation, and filing systems.
● Assist in generating reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management.
● Conduct research and provide administrative support for assigned projects.
● Supervise and arrange daily operations for all company vehicles and drivers.
● Manage vehicle license renewals, fuel consumption, and maintain accurate daily and monthly reports.
● Conduct regular inspections of all vehicles to ensure good condition and readiness.
● Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
● Plan and oversee maintenance schedules to ensure safety and compliance.
● Oversee daily office inspections for cleanliness, safety, and security.
● Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and office events.
● Manage renewal processes for company licenses, vehicle registrations, and other related documents.
● Handle purchasing and maintenance of office assets, furniture, and stationery.
● Review and verify monthly stationery usage and other administrative expenses.
● Negotiate and maintain good relationships with external vendors and service providers for office supplies, repairs, and utilities.
● Ensure timely service delivery and cost-effectiveness from suppliers.
Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
● Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
● Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
● Minimum 3 years of experience in administration or vehicle fleet management.
● Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, licensing, and fuel management.
