Job Responsibilities:
Assist in daily administrative tasks including document management, office supply procurement, equipment maintenance, and office environment management to ensure smooth operations.
Manage visitor reception, meeting room bookings, meeting preparations, and travel support, providing efficient and professional administrative support.
Assist with vendor management, purchase order tracking, invoice processing, and payment processing, ensuring timely and compliant financial transactions.
Support in fixed asset registration, tagging, and inventory management to ensure company asset security.
Coordinate internal events, simple setups, holiday material preparation, and logistics coordination.
Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor, maintaining meticulous and organized work.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Administration, Business, or related fields.
Approximately 3 years of relevant administrative experience, with basic knowledge in procurement, asset management, or office coordination.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese; able to handle bilingual communication professionally.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of working collaboratively across departments.
Proficient in basic office software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Workspace tools.
Experience with vendor coordination, inventory management, or simple HR support is a plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standard environment that supports a luxury brand image.
