Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all administrative operations including procurement, logistics, facilities management,asset control, travel coordination, and office services across head office and branches.
  • Supervise and provide strategic direction to Admin Team.
  • Review, approve, and control supplier accreditation, purchase requests, service contracts, and payment endorsements.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce administrative policies, SOPs, and internal controls to ensure compliance and operational consistency.
  • Partner with Finance in budget planning, cost monitoring, expense control, and variance analysis related to admin operations.
  • Act as the primary escalation and decision point for complex administrative, facility, and vendor related issues.
  • Lead vendor performance management, contract negotiations, renewals, and service-level evaluations.
  • Conduct operational analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities, process improvements, and efficiency gains.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on admin expenses, asset utilization, vendor performance, and operational risks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable regulatory or audit requirements.
  • Support business continuity planning by ensuring readiness of facilities, equipment, and admin resources.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in administrative operations, procurement, or facilities management, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, budgeting, asset control, and administrative compliance.
