The Role
We’re looking for an Administration & Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of our projects.
This role sits at the centre of the business. You’ll be coordinating inspections, managing workflows, and keeping projects moving from enquiry through to report delivery.
If things fall through the cracks, this role catches them.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate inspections, scheduling, and site access
- Manage project timelines and track active jobs
- Prepare and send proposals, quotes, and follow-ups
- Communicate with clients and handle enquiries
- Issue reports and maintain project documentation
- Assist with invoicing and payment follow-ups
- Maintain CRM (HubSpot) and internal systems
- Marketing & Business Support
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in administration, coordination, or similar role
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks without losing control
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
