Responsibility:
1. In the early stage of overseas factory construction, efficiently and quickly help the stationed personnel to provide services such as food, housing and transportation, provide reasonable living space and entertainment facilities, ensure the quality of life of employees, and ensure the smooth development of the base;
2. Responsible for the management of local administrative affairs, including vehicles, dormitories, canteens and cleaning services. At the same time, he is responsible for administrative asset management and day-to-day management of suppliers
3. Formulate plans and goals according to project needs, build a team, and organize and lead the team to achieve goals;
4. Corporate culture construction: promote the construction of corporate culture, plan and organize various corporate cultural activities;
5. Management of fixed assets and office supplies: responsible for the procurement and management of fixed assets and office supplies;
6. Establish and improve the company’s rules and regulations to ensure the implementation of the system.

2、负责当地行政事务的管理,包括车辆、宿舍、食堂和保洁服务等。同时,负责行政资产管理以及供应商的日常管理;
3、根据项目需求制定计划和目标,搭建团队,组织带领团队达成目标;
4、推动企业文化建设,策划、组织各类企业文化活动;
5、固定资产和办公用品管理:负责固定资产、办公用品的采购和管理;
6、建立健全服务保障工作制度和流程,确保各项制度的贯彻执行。
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in administrative management, good English communication skills, able to use as a working language is preferred;
2. More than 2 years of administrative management experience, community property management experience is preferred, and affinity, excellent communication skills, efficient execution, etc.;
3. Proficient in basic office software, such as word, excel, powerpoint, etc.;
4. Have good emotional management skills, strong communication skills and service awareness, high sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, and also have the ability to solve emergencies and the sensitivity to adapt to cultural differences;
5. Those who have a driver’s license and are proficient in driving are preferred, cheerful and outgoing, good at communication, serious and meticulous work, and those who have the intention of permanent residence abroad are preferred.
1、本科及以上学历,行政管理专业,具备良好的英语沟通能力,能够作为工作语言更佳;
2、2年以上行政管理工作经验,有小区物业管理经验者优先,并且有亲和力、出色的沟通能力、高效的执行力等;
3、熟练操作基本的办公软件,如word,excel,powerpoint等;
4、具备良好的情绪管理能力,较强的沟通能力和服务意识,高度的责任感及团队合作精神,还需具备解决突发事件的能力和适应文化差异的敏感性;
5、有驾照且开车熟练者优先考虑,性格开朗外向,善于沟通交流,工作认真细致,有国外常驻意向者优先考虑。
