Roles and Responsibilities:
Employee legal documents management, Including New visa, Renewals, Medical tests, cancellations, issuing documents to employees, acknowledgement, and update in the HRMS/Server
Manages employee accommodations, ensuring proper allocation, maintenance, and record-keeping.
Manages all aspects of company vehicle operations, including renewals, cancellations, insurance, fuel, Salik, maintenance, and driver assignments
Manages the timely renewal of all essential company legal documents, such as trade licenses, other facility licenses, establishment cards, and immigration cards.
Administers outsourced manpower and security staff, including scheduling, attendance monitoring, and invoice verification.
Manages administrative operations such as office/yard contracts, facility/office maintenance, Expense payments, company credit card reconciliation etc.
Managing company Mobile phones and SIMS including verifying and monitoring monthly usage, reconciling payments, coordinating troubleshooting with providers, applying for new sim card and distributing to employees
Maintains HR and admin data integrity across server and software systems.
Provides backup support for the HR team and handles additional HR and administrative tasks as needed.
Legal Compliance: Drives legal compliance by regularly coordinating with JAFZA and other government agencies by attending the various kinds of Inspections and guarantee timely receipt of all necessary official documents.
