Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering tax services for clients, including preparing tax calculation workpapers, generating ID Billing (Kode Billing), and administering tax withholding documents (Bukti Potong) in accordance with the Coretax system.
- Prepare, validate, and manage tax invoices (e-Faktur) through the Coretax platform.
- Ensure full compliance with the latest Indonesian tax regulations, particularly aligned with the implementation of Coretax and digital tax administration standards.
- Support end-to-end tax administration and reporting through the Coretax system, including tax filing, payment processing, and data reconciliation.
- Collaborate with internal finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant tax reporting within the Coretax framework.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve discrepancies within tax data, filings, and system outputs in Coretax.
- Conduct tax research and analysis to address complex tax issues and ensure alignment with current regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Fiscal Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of tax experience.
- Proven experience in tax preparation, filing, and compliance, preferably with exposure to Coretax or similar digital tax systems.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation and familiarity with the transition from legacy systems (e-SPT, e-Filing, e-Faktur) to Coretax.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines, maintain accurate documentation, and support structured tax processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, and relevant authorities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
