Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate courier workforce data, including onboarding, movement, active/inactive status, and other administrative records.
- Monitor courier manpower fulfillment and workforce requirements across assigned operational areas.
- Perform daily/weekly workforce data updates, validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Monitor courier attendance, productivity, utilization, turnover, and other workforce-related metrics.
- Identify workforce gaps, data discrepancies, and operational issues, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to support operational and workforce planning decisions.
- Support courier recruitment, replacement, onboarding, and workforce allocation processes when required.
- Coordinate with Operations, Recruitment, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure workforce data and operational requirements are aligned.
- Assist in workforce-related projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all workforce administration and reporting are completed accurately and within the required timeline.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Logistics, Statistics, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in administration, operations, workforce management, logistics, or related roles is preferred.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with good attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Table and common formulas.
- Experience handling large amounts of data and preparing regular reports.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in logistics, courier, e-commerce, or blue-collar workforce management is a plus.
- Willing to work with operational teams and handle time-sensitive workforce requirements
