We’re looking for a highly organized Administrative Coordinator and supportive personnel who want to be part of this foundation. This is a volunteer training role with a direct path to paid roles, Administrative Director and other supporting positions for the right candidates—those who are ready to step in, take ownership, and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage internal coordination and communications
• Organize workflows, documents, and systems
• Support development and production logistics
• Help streamline team operations across departments
Requirements:
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Experience in both Mac & PC environments (Mac preferred)
• Discord experience is required (primary communication platform)
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• Ability to handle multiple moving parts with clarity
Commitment:
• Immediate start
• ~1 year preferred
