We’re looking for a talented Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team – someone who brings professionalism, precision, and a proactive spirit to the heart of our creative engine.
This isn’t your typical admin role. You’ll be working alongside Senior Partners, project teams, and support leaders in a fast-moving, world-class studio, helping to enable the delivery of high-profile international projects that shape the way people live, work, and connect.

What you’ll be doing:
Acting as a central point of contact for Partners and project teams – managing correspondence, diaries, meetings, and high-level travel logistics
Providing proactive and confidential administrative support, from typing and expenses to document prep and research
Coordinating studio-wide functions – calendars, housekeeping, guest experiences, and operational excellence
Working closely with teams across the studio and global offices, ensuring seamless collaboration and continuity
Supporting the wider administration team and contributing to the continual improvement of our processes and service delivery
What you’ll bring:
Previous experience in diary and travel management, ideally in a fast-paced or creative environment
Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and discretion
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (essential)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
Confidence, resilience, and a polished, professional presence
A proactive attitude, positive energy, and a commitment to high standards
The ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt in a dynamic setting
