My client is a well-established accounting and financial services firm in Parramatta who are currently seeking a motivated Administration Assistant to join their growing support team. They offer a wide range of business, tax and consulting services, with their clients ranging from SMEs to larger corporate groups in a number of exciting industries across Australia.

This role will suit an enthusiastic professional who is keen to expand their knowledge and not shy to take on early responsibility.
Key tasks include (but not limited to):
- Working with the existing Admin team to maintain and improve processes
- Finalisation and lodgment of tax returns
- ATO communication and liaison
- Assisting with the maintenance of the CRM
- ASIC responsibilities – such as setting up entities and maintaining the register
- Assist Partners directly with internal and external matters on a daily basis
Applicants:
- Current/recent experience working in admin/client services capacity in an accounting firm
- Experience with XPM and/or Nowinfinity would be ideal but not essential
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail, reliable and a strong team player
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
