Brightwork are pleased to be recruiting for an Administration Assistant on behalf of our Drinks client based in Longmorn on an ongoing, temporary basis.

Your Time at Work

Working with this client, duties will include but are not limited to:

– Extracting information from files and inputting onto the company system, ensuring this is done accurately.

– Sourcing new suppliers and liaising with these to get goods delivered.

– Raising purchase order numbers through the system.

– Answering the telephone and directing/ taking messages where appropriate.

– Any other duties as required.

Our Perfect Worker

The successful candidate will have administration experience, this will ideally be combined with Drinks Industry knowledge, however this is not essential. High

attention to detail

is required alongside the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and external parties.

Key Information and Benefits

This is a part time role covering 16-20 hours per week between Monday-Thursday. The client is flexible as to how these hours are covered and this can be discussed at interview stage. The successful candidate will be required to cover these hours on site, no hybrid working option is available. Pay for the role is £12.21-£14.50 per hour, dependent on experience.
