Role Description / Areas of Responsibility

 

Provide support to several Managing Directors and their team of sales and trading employees

Extensive calendar management and meeting coordination both internally and externally

Expense processing in accordance with Nomura’s policy

International and Domestic Travel Arrangements: coordination of flights, tickets, accommodations & ground transportation

Screening calls, act as gatekeeper

Meeting/Event logistics coordination

Providing absence coverage to other team members as required

Ad-hoc projects assigned

Skills, Experience, Qualifications and Knowledge Required

 

3-5 years of Administrative Experience within Financial Services, experience on a Trading Floor is a plus

BA Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
