We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join our Debt Recoveries team in our Bourne End office.
This exciting position at our growing and ambitious law firm in the heart of England will be supporting our Property Recovery team, suited to a committed individual who works well in a team and has a ‘can do’ attitude.

Job Role
This varied role is a fantastic opportunity to work within a friendly and approachable team, working with highly experienced Secretaries, Solicitors, and Directors.
Responsibilities of the role would include, but are not limited to:
Setting up new clients
Completing the import of new instructions and attaching to files
Scanning Daily post and allocating to the file.
Update client details
Supporting Team with query management with Clients
Assisting with the onboarding process i.e Smartsearch
Processing Daily Bacs payments
Ensuring cheques are collected and signed
Weekly payouts to agents and clients if needed
Support with Billing and Sending Invoices
Carrying out Land registry searches when required
Assisting members of the team where necessary
Trace system
Data Validation

Previous similar experience – Essential
IT Skills – Essential
Confidence to communicate effectively – Essential
