The company has 8 subsidiaries around the world and Ventós India. is the Inidan one, located in Mumbai, India. To continue with our process of growth, we are looking for an Administration Assistant who, reporting directly to the Managing Director, would have the possibility to progress and promote according to the contribution and the results obtained.
Responsibilities Process and manage payments to suppliers, manage service providers such as Fed Ex, DHL, and local carriers. Handle the purchase of materials and supplies needed for the office. Manage and control petty cash , ensuring its proper use and record-keeping.
Complete, sign, and stamp physical documents required for administrative operations. Maintain physical and digital archives of administrative documentation. Coordinate with the local team and headquarters to ensure compliance with internal procedures. Provide support in other administrative tasks as needed. Profile Previous experience in administrative functions. Knowledge of payment management and petty cash administration. Ability to complete and manage official documentation. Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for internal
communication
and with suppliers.
