Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support our day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of administrative experience, be computer proficient, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Manage filing, documentation, and data entry.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other business documents.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and office correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
  • Maintain office records and ensure documents are up to date.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Females preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 3,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).+ other benefits as per labor law.
