About The Role
Provide joint administrative support for Direct Operations, Consumer Underwriting, and other areas of Direct as needed, with a focus on efficiency and collaboration.
Proactively identify opportunities to assist Operations and Underwriting leaders, offering seamless and thoughtful support.
Cultivate strong relationships and clear communication with internal and external customers to ensure smooth administrative operations.
Handle expenses, travel arrangements, system/equipment provisioning, and manage meeting logistics with attention to detail.
Create and organize correspondence, presentations, reports, and confidential documents, while offering support for the System Support Coordinator roles as needed.
About You
Experienced in supporting senior leaders, providing administrative support including travel coordination, expense reconciliation, diary management, and ad hoc tasks.
Confident and self-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and independently finds solutions.
Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, skilled in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Proactive and adaptable, maintaining a positive approach to work while adjusting to changing demands.
