We are seeking an organized and efficient
Administration Assistant to
join our team
in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As an integral part of our organization you will providecrucial support to ensure smooth daily operations and contribute tothe overall success of ourteam.
Manage and maintain officeschedules including coordinating meetings andappointments
Handle incoming phone calls emailsand correspondence in a professionalmanner
Prepare and organize various documentsreports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite Assist  with basic accounting andbookkeeping tasks including expense reports andinvoicing
Maintain filing systems and organizeoffice supplies
Coordinate travel arrangementsfor staff members when necessary
Providegeneral administrative support to various departments asneeded
Assist in planning and organizingcompany events and meetings
Act as a liaisonbetween staff clients and visitors ensuring a welcoming officeenvironment
Qualifications:
Must be an Emirati national
13 years of experience inadministrative roles
Strong organizational andtime management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Excellentverbal and written
communication skills
in both Arabic andEnglish
Attention to detail
and ability tomultitask in a fastpaced environment
Basicaccounting and bookkeeping knowledge
Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration or related field(preferred)
Ability to work independently andas part of a team Professional demeanor andstrong interpersonal skills
Adaptability
andwillingness to learn new skills andtechnologies
