KPMG’sGlobal Mobility Servicesare looking for anAdministration Assistantto join our Personal Income Tax team. It is this team’s responsibility to deliver value-add services to our clients through the provision of technical tax compliance services and tax data analytics.
Forming part of the Deals Tax and Legal – People Services division, this role will play a part in the Global Mobility Services DDX team by
Your Major Responsibilities Will Include
Coordination and delivery of ATO Correspondence across a high volume of Engagements.
Reviewing of communications to notify our clients about refunds or payments to be made to the ATO.
Working autonomously with high attention to detail.
Calling the ATO to solve simple and complex issues.
Proactively managing workflow including Inbox management.
Liaising with Managers if technical support is required.
Delivery of varying administration tasks.
Use of different software as needed to support the team and delivery of communication to our clients (training will be provided).
You will ideally bring to this role
Proven ability to take responsibility for and ownership of tasks.
Attention to the detail.
Outstanding time management, problem solving, and organisational skills gained in a high-volume environment with competing demands.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills gained in an administration, retail or hospitality environment.
Desire to learn more about individual income tax.
Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft office skills.
Initiative, self-motivation and a commitment to providing highly responsive customer service.

Experience in personal income tax return compliance
Qualifications from TAFE or University in any discipline
Exposure to tax matters impacting expatriates will be highly regarded
