Job Description
Purpose of the role
To provide effective administrative support to the firm’s insurance and public risk department based in Birmingham
Responsibilities
- Photocopying, filing and general clerical assistance as requested
- File management, ensuring that all files are up to date, both case management system and paper files. Saving emails and faxes and scanned documents to the case management system
- Implementation and maintenance of client and legal information, such as experts etc.
- File opening and closure administration
- Audio typing
- Any other duties commensurate with the role
