Administration Executive – Kasa Privé
At Kasa Privé, a bespoke luxury wallpaper brand, we are looking for an Administration Executive who can bring structure, precision, and a keen eye for detail to our growing team.
This is a dynamic role that goes beyond the desk—you’ll be involved in both backend coordination and on-ground execution, ensuring our operations run seamlessly while maintaining the premium experience we promise our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and streamline day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to internal processes
- Create invoices, generate PDFs, and maintain accurate documentation and records
- Develop reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Handle professional communication with clients and vendors via email and phone
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the team
- Travel to installation sites to oversee coordination and ensure smooth execution
- Assist in basic iPhone-based shooting for site updates, content, and documentation
- Manage office supplies, logistics, and overall administrative flow
- Maintain strict confidentiality of business and client information
What We’re Looking For
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable balancing desk work with on-site responsibilities
- A good aesthetic sense and comfort with basic content capture (iPhone photography/video)
