Construa South Africa is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ivoicing & Administration Technician to join our team in South Africa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data capturing
  • Account reconciliation
  • Invoicing
  • GRN (Goods Received Notes) reconciliation

Primary Duties

  • Creating invoices and credit notes
  • Printing invoices and delivery notes
  • Sending out consolidated documents
  • Checking goods received notes (GRNs)
  • Creating credit claims
  • Acknowledging extra stock received
  • Checking transporter/export documentation
  • Filing and document management
  • General administrative duties

Requirements

  • Proven experience in billing and administration
  • Experience with K8 system (required/preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of ERP/admin systems
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
