Construa South Africa is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ivoicing & Administration Technician to join our team in South Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Data capturing
- Account reconciliation
- Invoicing
- GRN (Goods Received Notes) reconciliation
Primary Duties
- Creating invoices and credit notes
- Printing invoices and delivery notes
- Sending out consolidated documents
- Checking goods received notes (GRNs)
- Creating credit claims
- Acknowledging extra stock received
- Checking transporter/export documentation
- Filing and document management
- General administrative duties
Requirements
- Proven experience in billing and administration
- Experience with K8 system (required/preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of ERP/admin systems
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
