About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Sydney’s CBD, offering flexible working hours and a supportive team environment. The Administration/Office Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office, while also assisting in the coordination of grants and community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support including data entry, document management, and correspondence handling
Manage calendars, assist with meeting coordination, and take minutes as required
Maintain and update internal systems and records, including databases and contact lists
Support the coordination and tracking of grant applications and funding cycles
Liaise with partners, community organisations, and stakeholders in a respectful and timely manner
Assist with event and meeting logistics, both in-office and offsite
Monitor and maintain office supplies, subscriptions, and general office upkeep
Support the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Key Selection Criteria
Previous experience in an administration or office support role, ideally within a not-for-profit, or community-focused organisation
High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage competing priorities and work both autonomously and collaboratively
Discretion, professionalism, and a respectful approach to stakeholder engagement
A genuine interest in community impact and social justice
Desirable
Experience supporting or coordinating grant applications, funding processes, or community investment programs
Familiarity with CRM systems or grants management platforms
Prior experience liaising with community organisations, charities, or NFP partners
