About our client

Stretch Space Miami is looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin & Customer Service Coordinator to support our growing studio. This person will help manage day-to-day admin, customer communication, scheduling, and outreach. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, friendly, responsive, and comfortable balancing both operational and customer-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and messaging
  • Manage scheduling, appointment changes, and general coordination
  • Support communication between team members and customers
  • Handle inbox and administrative tasks
  • Assist with outreach to businesses, buildings, and influencers
  • Help execute cold email and follow-up campaigns
  • Keep communication and tasks organized

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills, written and spoken
  • Experience in admin, customer service, coordination, or related roles
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable multitasking and working independently
  • Professional, proactive, and customer-focused

Nice to Have

  • Experience with outreach, lead generation, or sales support
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools, CRM systems, or social media platforms
