About our client
Stretch Space Miami is looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin & Customer Service Coordinator to support our growing studio. This person will help manage day-to-day admin, customer communication, scheduling, and outreach. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, friendly, responsive, and comfortable balancing both operational and customer-facing responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and messaging
- Manage scheduling, appointment changes, and general coordination
- Support communication between team members and customers
- Handle inbox and administrative tasks
- Assist with outreach to businesses, buildings, and influencers
- Help execute cold email and follow-up campaigns
- Keep communication and tasks organized
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills, written and spoken
- Experience in admin, customer service, coordination, or related roles
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking and working independently
- Professional, proactive, and customer-focused
Nice to Have
- Experience with outreach, lead generation, or sales support
- Familiarity with scheduling tools, CRM systems, or social media platforms
