Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant based in Singapore, with flexibility for some remote work. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks such as maintaining schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and supporting executive-level staff. Additional responsibilities include managing phone communications, filing, and other clerical duties to ensure operational efficiency within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including document management and organizing schedules
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Attention to detail, organizational proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role is a plus
