GENERAL SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for providing administrative support to managers and employees within their specific district.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Update and maintain district office procedures
Liaise between District and Corporate to provide weekly billing and tracking data to ensure accurate hours worked for payroll and accurate time reporting at the job level
Onboard all new hire employee
Liaise with executive and management to handle administrative requests such as reports, permits
Maintain training records for district employees, including safety records
Develop and maintain a filing system for their district
Manage schedules and meetings for management and crews as required
Manage the uniform rental procedures
Maintain the inventory of tools, excess materials from jobs, IT equipment and shop equipment
Support the District Operations Manager as needed
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Ability to work with diverse group of internal and external employees ensuring they are treated with respect
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Excellent time and priority management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks swiftly
Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
EDUCATION, LICENSES AND EXPERIENCE:
High school degree or equivalent
2 years’ experience in a previous administrative role
